Acrobat Reader DC free version not uploading to cloud

Question

I have been onto the online chat and a lady has tried to help me.   I am on a Mac running Catalina and all was fine until this morning.   I opened a pdf file with acrobat reader and when I try to upload to cloud I get this message  "An error occurred while trying to access the service".    Under instruction I have downloaded the cleaner and then a new version of the programme but when I open it things are just the same so the lady has referred me to here for help.

After trying with some more pdfs which upload fine, I have now found that there must be something wrong with the file that i was trying to upload as it still won't though many others will.   The info I found on this file which was a free pattern I downloaded is Content Creator: Microsoft Word Starter 2010, Encoding Software MacOs Version 10.14.3 (Build 18D109) QuartzPDFContext and wonder if there is something that Acrobat reader doesn't like.   I have managed to upload the pdf to Microsoft's Onedrive.
