Acrobat Reader DC hung or crashed when open PDF embeded in HTML

Dear all,

We encoutner the following issues when we try to open the PDF embeded in a HTML page with Acrobat Reader DC:

1. The PDF become dark when open PDF:

2. The Acrobat Reader DC looks crashed:

3. We foudn the following issue in the window event log, we would like to know whether the following highlighted log will cause the mentioned issues above? Thanks.
