Question

Acrobat Reader DC "Install Now" link broken, what now?

The Acrobat Reader DC "install now" link is broken for both myself and my client. Typically, this link would prompt an install. However, neither of us have been able to successfully bypass this page and it simply reverts to the home page. I'm unsure of where to go from here, but I need my client to be able to open a file specifically in reader DC and they do not currently have an Adobe PDF viewer on their computer as far as I can tell.

I had the same issue, the link to download appears to have been changed to just go to the adobe home page.

However, in the mean time you could download an older version of Adobe Reader at this link which still works.

Adobe - Adobe Reader : For Windows : Adobe Reader 11.0 - Multilingual (MUI) installer

    Hope this helps!

    Thanks Adam!~

I actually was able to do the same, went to an older version page where the download actually works.

    Thanks again for your suggestion.
