Acrobat reader DC is crashed after upgraded to 2020.012.20041

My acrobat reader DC is crashed after upgraded, could anyone help? Thanks in advance!

Symptom: 

When we trigger a batch command to print a pdf file, the acrobat reader will be crashed after the document is spooled to the print queue. However, if we open the acrobat reader manually and then trigger the command, there will be no issue.

We try the following but couldn’t help:

• Reinstall
• Run in Win7/Win 8 compatibility mode
• Run as administrator
• Click “Repair installation”

Error message on screen:

"Adobe Acrobat Reader DC has stopped working"

"The instruction at 0x5dddb590 referenced memory at 0x000002c4. The memory could not be read."

 Command to open the acrobat reader and print the pdf:

 (The middle part is the pdf path and the last part is the printer name)
