Acrobat Reader DC - need Extended Language Support Package

I need to download the Extended Language Support Package for Acrobat Reader DC version 2021.001.20155 on Win10 64 bit.  I can't find the dowload page.  In other chats, the link seems to be dead.  Pleease help.  Thank you.
