Acrobat Reader DC Not Allowing Renaming With Save As Option

I have several users whom are on the latest version of Acrobat Reader DC that are trying to rename a file when selecting the "Save As" option, it is just blank. We have ensured we are on the latest version, we have done the Preferences > General and uncheck the box for "Show online storage when saving files". We have even double checked that the option is unchecked. The screenshot shows how the box appears (outside of the PC save location - covered for privacy).
