Acrobat Reader DC - PDF Print Blank page

Hello, I'm using ADOBE Acrobat Reader DC (32Bits) version 2021.007.20099 on RDS Farm and my users tell me that somestimes they cant print PDF from Adobe. They have a Blank page (CF Screenshot). The problem dissappears when they close their sessions and re-open it. 

Do you have any ideas ?
