Acrobat reader dc printing issues

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, when users try to print a pdf to printers the job doesn't spool to printer while if you try to print a word doc to same printers you can see the job.

Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with adifferent PDF file stored on your computer locally and check.

Also check for any missing/pending update for Adoe Acrobat Reader DC and the printer driver and firmware and see if that helps. Go to Help menu of Acrobat Reader > Check for Updates and reboot the computer once.

You may also try to remove the printer driver, reboot the computer and reinstall the printer driver from the manufacturer website.
