acrobat reader dc pro

hello everyone I ask you if you can help me.
i installed acrobat reader dc pro. Starting the program, it directs me to the site for authentication, but instead of opening the credentials page, it opens a screen that tells me: your brouser or operating system are not supported.
the operating system is windows 10 20H2 and the brouser I updated it to the latest version. I have tried all the brousers but I always get the same screen.
what can I do?

First, what did you install? There is no app called "Acrobat Reader DC Pro", so we're a bit stuck.

Did you run anything special to remove Internet Explorer from your system?

hello, i didn't remove explore, i just changed the default app. (chrome)

yes I have a 2015 acrobat pro dc installation file with registry key. authentication is done through credentials.

Hello.

Issue is not solved and so We cannot installa Acrobat DC Pro on 2 new DELL Computers.

Could You please provide Us more assistance?
