Acrobat Reader DC pro, no preview pane

After installing PDF-XChange, I no longer get a preview in Explorer and Outlook.

Reader DC Pro has already been reinstalled.

    Adobe does not have an application called “Acrobat Reader DC Pro”. Can you tell us what you are actually using?

    • Adobe Acrobat Pro
    • Adobe Acrobat Standard
    • Adobe Acrobat Reader (free)

    Adobe Acrobat Pro DC

    But in the meantime, I uninstalled Acrobat, cleaned the system with AcroCleaner, and reinstalled it. Now everything is OK, thanks!

    Just for an FYI (in case you are interested),

    • Acrobat Reader is the free version and does not have “Pro” in it
    • Acrobat Pro dropped the “DC” a couple of versions ago
