Acrobat Reader DC Problem Attaching PDF to Mac OS 10.14.2 Email

Since I downloaded Acrobat Reader DC I am unable to attach PDF's to my emails sent from my Mac OS 10.14.2 emails as it shuts down my email system each and every time.  I have made my gmail email address as the primary email in the Acrobat Reader DC but it continues to shut down my email when I try to attach PDF files.  Also when I use the Share system of sending emails through the Acrobat cloud the receivers cannot print the PDF's they receive from me.  Please someone help me as I am totally unable to contact anyone in the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Support as they are totally unreachable.  Do I need to uninstall Acrobat Reader DC and start using a different PDF Program like Mac Master?  I am at the end of my rope with this cloud stuff!

    Hello Michaelm,

We're sorry for the trouble you had with Adobe Reader, please reboot the machine once and check for any pending updates of Adobe Reader from help menu>check for updates. Reboot the machine after updating Adobe Reader.

You may also refer and try the suggestion from the following help article Attach to email option is not working | Acrobat DC, Acrobat Reader DC

What is the current version of Adobe Reader installed on your machine? To identify, refer to Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

Is Adobe Reader crashes while trying to attach a PDF file as email? Is it possible to post a screenshot of the error you get? To post a screenshot, please refer to the steps mentioned in the article https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7043#jive_content_id_How_do_I_attach_a_screenshot

For the second issue you mentioned that when you share a PDF file, receivers are not able to print the PDF files. Is it happening with all the PDF files or is it specific to one PDF file?

Ask the receivers to download the PDF file and open it with Acrobat or freeware Adobe Reader and then try printing them.

Ask them to install the latest patch available of Acrobat/Reader on their machine.

You can also share the following help article with your users for troubleshooting printing issue Troubleshoot PDF printing in Acrobat and Reader

We're here to help, just need more info.

    Thanks,

    Anand Sri.
