Acrobat Reader DC program viewer and scans.

I have a PC and I downloaded the Reader.  The Reader will not display any scanned documents and the program insists that I download the Asian language package which I do NOT need.  I can only view documents in a web browser NOT via the program itself.  Is there a way to fix these issues?

    Hi There,

    I assume that the type of document that you have been scanning, requires asian font pack which you have to install manually. What is the language of the pdf document you have scanned. As the message indicated that you need to install Asian Font pack, so you may refer to Adobe - Adobe Reader : For Windows : Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Font Pack (Continuous) : Thank You and do the needful.

    Check back, whether that makes any difference in the scanned file.

    Have you tried downloading the font pack from the link shared above? Is it still giving the same message?

    Would you mind sending one of your scanned document to us, so that we can test the same at our end?
