Acrobat reader dc shows first page and scrolling down jumbled up pages

I had never any issue with Acrobat reader DC, however after upgrade to 2018.009.20050. When I open any pdf

first page comes up blank and after waiting 5 mins it appears than when I scrolled down all pages are jumbled up

Anyone else this problem ? Sometimes scrolling causes all pages blank.

This is for many pdfs and my OS is windows 8.1

uninstalling 2018.009.20050 and reinstalling 2018.009.20044 fixed by issue.
