Free Acrobat Reader DC. try to open file to fill & sign & only get a white page and no document.

    Where and how did you get the pdf file? Is it being opened in Adobe Acrobat Reader itself (using File>Open) or are you opening it in a web browser (Chrome, Firefox...etc)?

    We get a monthly emailed news letter from Elks Lodge pdf.files. Click on the download tab  which are 3 displayed; View, Download, Cloud, everything comes up in view, but when I click on fill & sign page turns white and document is gone. Thought problem was program so deleted all adobe files erased recycle bin and rebooted computer. Then downloaded newest version of Free AAR-DC and still will not work. There also is a box on top left in view mode that allows to download a word file which I've used in past. Now doesn't work. Also on top of view is a edit tab which states no service available.
