Acrobat Reader DC - unable to enter superscript in comments

I am using Acrobat Reader DC Version 2021.001.20145.32109  64 bit.

It must have updated in the last 48 hours, beause now when I try to use the comments section to correct text, I can no longer enter a supersript. The superscript appears when I apply the text style, but when I "post" the comment, the superscript become a subscript. This is a new problem since 48 hours ago. I have uninstalled and re-intalled reader - but no difference.

I am totally unable to fulfill my editorial role with this error!

HELP!

This error continues to be kept until last update Acrobat Reader DC until 2025. I solved this problem by downloading Adobe Acrobal Pro Portable. It is free and contains full set of functions of Adobe Acrobat.  In portable version, setting superscript in comments works perfect, not switching to underscript after saving. I hope it helps somebody!

Let me move this to the Acrobat forum for you, which is the appropriate forum for your question.

The Using the Community forum is for help in using the Adobe Support Community forums, not for help with specific programs. Product questions should be posted in the associated product community.

Sorry if it was the wrong forum, but I spent over half an hour looking for
where I could (a) give feedback, and (b) get help.

Perhaps Adobe could make things a but easier

    Many thanks

No worries. Lots of people have the same problem, and that's what the volunteers are here for. Although I see that I moved you to the wrong forum, since you said Acrobat Reader and I, apparently, stopped reading after seeing the word Acrobat! So my apologies to you, and I'm moving this again. 😄

(It doesn't help that the list of forums changes dynamically depending on how many posts have been made recently. This is a regular complaint I make to TPTB, but apparently Khorus, the company providing the forum software, hasn't gotten around to addressing this.)
