Acrobat Reader DC ver. 2018.009.20044

Gracias

    Hello Patricios,

We apologize for the inconvinience caused, as per the description above, the Acrobat Reader DC version 2018.009.20044 is getting installed in the Basque language, but you want to change the language into Spanish, Is that correct?

Please try to change the language of Reader DC by preferences i.e.

    Open Acrobat

Go to Edit > Preferences > Language

Under Language pane,> Click on the drop down for Application Language and select the option Choose from  Application Startup.

Click Ok and Close the application.

Launch Acrobat again, it will give you a drop down to select the language.

Note: If in case, you do not see the language which you want and is available with Acrobat

Then go to Control Panel>Add or Remove Programs>Select Acrobat Pro from the list and click on Change>From Acrobat dialog box, you will get 3 option Modify, Repair or Remove>Select Modify and next>Then on the next window>Click on the + sign before Languages>Click on the down arrow for the language you would like to install and select the 2nd option and Install.

If the issue persists, please uninstall the Reader using the Acrobat Cleaner tool (For Windows OS) Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs  Link: http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html

Restart the computer and install the Reader back through Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions  Link: https://get.adobe.com/reader/

Hope this helps, and let us know how it goes.

    Regards,

    Anand Sri.
