Acrobat reader deleting pages as I add text.

I am using acrobat reader to fill out a form for work.  The answers I have to give are quite extensive.  Overtime I type into the section which requires answers, it deletes pages from the form I am filling in.  Why is this happening?

    Is this a form created with LiveCycle Designer?

    I've never heard of anything like this happening. In fact Acrobat Reader isn't even supposed to be able to delete pages except in very limited circumstances.  Equally, Reader can't make answer sections longer.
