Acrobat reader does not open; I can't remove the application to install it again. Error message is that removing patch is not supported. How can I still remove it ?

We’re so sorry to hear this, as per the description above, I can understand that you were not able to open Adobe Reader and when you tried removing it, it throws an error message, Is that correct?

Please reboot the machine once, then use Acrobat cleaner tool to remove installed Adobe Reader from the machine Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

Reboot the computer again and install the latest Adobe Reader from the Adobe URL Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution
