Acrobat reader - error a la hora de firmar digitalmente

Buenas tardes.

 

Quiero firmar un PDF con la herramienta certficados y me sale este mensaje:

acrobat ha encontrado un problema puede que algunas caracteristicas no funcionen como es debido

 

Sabeis como solucionarlo?

Utilizo el Acrobat reader en MAC, y ya he probado de desintalar y volver a insatlar la aplicación.

Would you mind sharing the issuer of the certificates and a screenshot of the error you received? This would help us understand the issue better and assist you accordingly.
