Acrobat Reader Fill and Sign

We are having an issue when using fill and sign in adobe acrobat reader. We have the latest update. It seems as though when you click to add the signature to the document it crashes the program and comes up with an unexpected error message. We have tried reinstalling and renaming the appdata folders but have had no luck so far.
