Acrobat Reader Fill & Sign - How to edit after adding a signature?

I've recently set up some Annual Review forms for my workplace to use in their appraisals. I've created form fields which are editable, but once the signature is adding using the 'Fill & Sign' tool, the fields are no longer editable.

Anyone know whether there's a way to go back and edit after a signature has been added? I've tried removing the signature afterwards, but this makes no difference.

TIA!

Signing is the last step. You can't change the form after signing it.

Thank you! Thought that would be it, just wasn't sure if there was a work around if you've already signed it...

Hi Aodell88,

As mentioned, if your document is fallible then it should let you edit the signature later on?

If I understand correctly, you are experiencing problem editing signature after adding it or you are trying to edit some field in the form itself?

could you confirm is it a specific document that causing problem or are you experiencing the same problem with other forms as well?

*If possible please share the document with us via email (have shared the email address in private message).

we would like to reproduce the same at our end.

Regards,

Akanchha

Hey Akanchha,

We're unable to edit the signature, but the issue is that once a form that has input fields is completed and signed, we're unable to go back into those input fields and edit any of the content.

I've sent across the form to your email address.

Thanks so much,

Anna
