    Hello FrankF,

As per the description above, you are not able to create or email any PDF files from Adobe Reader DC as you are getting a message that the subscription is expired, Is that correct?

The record shows that you have an active subscription to Adobe ExportPDF on your current Adobe ID. You can use the Adobe ExportPDF service through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.

If you are using the Adobe Reader and getting the error message, then please sign out and sign back in with your current Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader and check for any pending updates of Adobe Reader from Help>Check for updates and reboot the computer after the installation of updates(if any).

Make sure you are not using the services of Adobe ExportPDF through Acrobat Pro or Standard as you don't have any license/subscription to Acrobat Pro or Standard.

You may also refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).

Let us know how it goes.

    Regards,

    Anand Sri.

Just to confirm, you haven’t paid for anything to create a PDF, so it will fail.
