acrobat reader freezes for terminal users

Good day,

Recently we are expiriancing problems with the later vertions of acrobat reader in our terminals.
We are working on terminals with windows server 2012 R2, and for the past month users are complaining that acrobat freezes while they work.
The main complaint is that the program freezes when they open a file or changing the window size, even though it may happen just while scrolling.

once we have removed the program and reinstalled older versions, the reader worked regularly.

We are working on several terminals and its becoming an issue reverting the software all the time.
Please provide me with a permenant fix for this situation.

Same problem over here ina lot of RDS servers with 2012R2 and 2016. Disabling the usual suspects does not help ('Protected Mode at startup', 'Run in AppContainer' & 'Enhanced Security')

I have users that experience sort of the same thing.
When opening a pdf from outlook, Reader freezes for about 3-5 seconds, and switching to print view the same thing happens; freezing for 3-5 seconds.

I know the problem seems miniscule, but the user opens and prints many .pdf's everyday, we're talking 50+. And she's not the only one in her company that does so.

I've tried updating to the newest Reader DC, I've tried reinstalling Reader DC.
