Acrobat Reader has quit working. No error message, just not opening.
Hi, I have been using Acrobat Reader for a long time with no issues. Today it isn't working any longer. I have followed all instructions found in the article regarding this issue and have contacted support who referred me to this forum for help. I have rebooted. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have tried to run the repair tools. I am at a loss. I can only view a PDF right now if I attach it to an email or use Microsoft Edge (which I am just not a fan of). When I double click to open Reader, nothing ever happens. When I double click a PDF to open, nothing ever happens. I have checked the settings, Reader is default app for .pdf files. I don't know what else to look for? Any help is appreciated, thanks!!
