Acrobat reader. I have the latest version installed,but i can not open the document

Can you read any pdfs? Is it only this one or all pdfs?

It is best to report the major and minor version number and name of the product.

For my version of Acrobat Reader DC the version is 2019,10.20099.

Are you getting any error messages.

Where did you download your Acrobat Reader form?

Any source other then Adobe.com should be suspect.
