Hi Team,
I am getting error while printing and opening PDF file from SAP Portal.
there is a problem with adobe acrobat/reader. if it is running please exit and try again. (523:523)
I don't understand some SAP user's are getting error and while other don't have any issue.
I find two work around but I need the route cause of the issue so that i can fix for everyone.
1. In Internet explorer, "Manage Add-Ons". Select "All add-ons". Select the "Adobe PDF Reader" and click disable.
By disabling the Adobe PDF Reader add-on issue gets fixed. So I moved on to the next step by enabling the add-on again,
2. Opened, Adobe Reader DC, and from Preferences window, open Security(Enhanced) -> Uncheck “Enable Protected Mode at startup”
By this option issues also gets fixed and Vice versa too.
Please help me and I need permanent fix for this issue.
