Acrobat Reader in iMac

I have updated Acrobar Adobe Pro Reader in both my macbook and my iMac with the recent update which was released on September 12, 2023. Now the issue is that i can see changes with the new look in my macbook but not in my iMac even thought I tried to reinstull it and start my iMac. Please help me in regard to this.
