Acrobat Reader install in cloud environment

Hello I've read through about the requirement to apply for Acrobat Reader Distribution agreement for Acrobat Reader usage on server with multiple users access. Would the same license required for cloud environment? Are there any concern from licensing perspective, is this permissible ? Appreciate your assistance.
