Acrobat reader (interactive problems)

Quando apro un pdf interattivo in acrobat reader non funzionano le interattività, clicco sul pulsante che al momento diventa blu o selezionato ma non va l'azione? Come posso risolvere? Grazie

When I open an interactive pdf in acrobat reader the interactivity does not work, I click on the button that at the moment turns blue or selected but the action does not go? How can I solve? Thank you
