Acrobat Reader is not printing with Windows 10 build 2004

We are using AcroPDFlib.dll to get Acrobat Reader DC embedded into our software.
After the upgrade of OS to Windows 10 2004, the printing shortcut stopped working, probably due to any security issues. Using ProcDump we see that Acrord32.exe is getting a first chance exception when clicking Print.

Microsoft are sending us to Adobe and Adobe just state that this product is not supported, however it was created by them.
Our product is an information system for hospitals, and this issue significantly affects many WW hospitals and patients.
My questions are:
1. Is there any solution for this issue somebody found ? I see hundreds of posts about the same issue but no solution.
2. Who is responsible for AcroPDFlib.dll and if there is a way to get a hand/support here even paid per case.
