Acrobat Reader is not responding since i installed

I have installed Acrobat reader today. After installation, Acrobat is showing not responding. Not able to close also.

    Are you experiencing the freeze issue during the launch of the application or while working with any PDF file?

    If you have tried all the steps shared above, then please create a test user profile with full admin rights, install Adobe Reader and check.

    Hello Dhandapanik,

    I am sorry for the trouble and for the delayed response, please reboot the machine once, then locate the Adobe Reader's icon, right-click and choose Run as Administrator (Windows).

    Check for any pending updates from the help menu of Adobe Reader>select check for updates, reboot the machine after installing the updates.

    Check for any pending updates of the operating system and install all the mandatory and optional updates, reboot the machine and launch Adobe Reader and check.

    If you still experience any issue, remove the installed Adobe Reader using Acrobat cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

    Reboot the machine and install Adobe Reader from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

    Are you on a Mac or Windows machine and what is the version?

    I tried above steps. Still issue not solved. I am using Windows 10.
