Question

Acrobat Reader keeps asking me to login with a disabled account?

Whenever I open up acrobat, I am asked to login to my university account which has been disabled since I graduated. There is no option to login with a different account or reset the software. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling which resulted in the same issue. Is there a different suggestion because I cannot use acrobat at the moment?

Hello Mehul,

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with Acrobat when signing in.

What you can do is remove the credentials that are saved on your system, due to which the application signs you indirectly.

You can refer to the below link to learn more:

https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

Once you have removed the credentials, restart your system once, and then try accessing the application.

I hope this helps.

Thanks,

Souvik.

It doesn't work. I followed all of the steps yet it is still prompting me to log in with the same account.
