Acrobat reader not work after Win update 24H2

Question

after upgrading to Win 24H2 Acrobat Reader does not work.i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Acrobat but to no avail

I hope you're doing well, and we apologize for the delayed response and the trouble.

Are you still experiencing the issue with the latest version of Acrobat Reader? Please check for any pending updates by navigating to Menu > Check for Updates, install any available updates, and restart your device.

Do you see any error messages when launching Acrobat Reader? If so, try using the Acrobat Cleaner Tool to remove the app, restart your device, and then reinstall Acrobat Reader.
