Question

Acrobat Reader on Apple Air

My Adobe Acrobat Reader doesn't show most the PDFs in my cloud, but I can open all of this documents in my desktop and my notebook normally.

The only thing I get in my Apple Air is a blank screen after I open most of the PDFs.

Anyone can help me?

Thank

Ivan

Hi Ivan,

As mentioned above, "My Adobe Acrobat Reader doesn't show most the PDFs in my cloud, but I can open all of this documents in my desktop and my notebook normally"

Here, are you referring to Adobe Document Cloud storage or your iOS cloud storage? Files saved on "Document Cloud" stoarge will be accessible through https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/

Note: If your files uploaded to the cloud aren't syncing well, then you must sign out and sign in back once.

Thanks,

Akanchha
