Acrobat Reader skips lines doing a PageUp/Down

I Have Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 2023. Windows 11.

It is frustrating when I open it and do a PageUp/Down to see that lines are skipped.

The only way to ensure this does not happen is to open in Read Mode CTRL+H.

But this is not possible in normal mode.

Is there a fix for this?
