Acrobat Reader starts and closes by itself

Hi, every time the computer is turned on, not immediately but after say 15min, Acrobat Reader starts on its own and closes on its own (occasionally stays open).

This happened after it was updated to newest version 24.003.20112.0.

I don't have the option of uninstalling as its a work computer.

Also I feel the need to complain, at the risk of not getting a response but the software is so costly, bloated (relatively speaking) and intrusive ... that it leaves a bad experience for the user.
