Acrobat Reader - Text becomes pixilated when using 'fill and sign app'

Good afternoon, after I open a PDF, if I click on the document the text becomes pixilated and unreadable, therefore I cant use the 'fill and sign' application within Reader. This occurs for every document I open using the Adobe Reader app. I can open the docs using a browser but of course cant use fill and sign. I have uninstalled and re-installed to no effect. I am using WIN10 Home ver 1909 and Adobe Acrobat Reader ver 2020.009.20063. I have checked smooth text and resolution under preferences and this has not helped. I have included a screen shot. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.
