I point out that because of a bug in the Adobe Acrobat Reader software, recognized by many users both on wiki forums and several of our customers, I opened a case in Adobe to report it. It's not a driver or other problem on printers but just a Bug in the latest version.

The version of Acrobat Reader 2019 is bugged. Vers. 2019.008.20074

This version must be uninstalled and restored to the previous version that works perfectly without that unpleasant problem when printing, if the pdf in emails are printed with this latest version, the prints are corrupted, but with the old version everything works perfectly.

Can you perform an internal audit and solve the problem?

Hi brunellac70207526

The print issue was reported with the update Acrobat DC 19.008.20071 and it got fixed in next Adobe Acrobat official update (19.008.20074). This update automatically pushed to all existing installations of Acrobat. If you are still seeing any printing issue, please let us know more details and we will get it resolved. I will send you direct message with more details.
