acrobat reader view on browser not show all tools buttons in toolbar

Hello,

I deployed to users many tools buttons on toolbar in acrobat reader.

If users view the documents from acrobat reader program, all buttons on toolbar shows,

but if users view same documents from browser (internet explorer), not all buttons shows.

any idea to resolve this?
