I am trying to fold and staple a 24-page booklet. When I print the booklet without folding and stapling, everything is fine. When I adjust those two things in print dialogue box, I get an error page that prints.

ERROR: undefined

COMMAND TYPE: nametype

OFFENDING COMMAND: MAQKSO+nevis+bold*1

I'm running Acrobat Reader version 2017.12.20098

Mac Sierrra 10.12.6

    Hi Michelleb,

Sorry for the delay in response.

I hope you already have found an answer to your problem. If not, have you tried to check for an updated driver for your printer.

These options are hardware driven and managed by printer drivers itself. Reader/Acrobat print dialog only provides an option to interact with such options if the printer supports them.

Let us know if updating printer driver helps. Also, try installing the latest Adobe Reader and check if that helps. If you already have found a solution to your problem, please update this thread with your findings.
