Acrocef.exe or rdrcef.exe high ram usage freeze PC, one possible solution

As I posted in reply to an user, regarding last acrobat DC version 21.007.20091, I found out that the bug is related to an uncought error in those executables when they search for a proxy script (proxy.pac).

net::ERR_PAC_SCRIPT_FAILED

line: 104: Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected end of input

I didn't notice an error in my proxy.pac syntax, but even if there was, it is not correct for a program not to catch such an exception. Instead those executables keep looping filling up all of your available ram, freezing the PC.

If you have such an issue, try:

check in your clients "internet options" ->  connections -> LAN settings -> automatic configuration script, if you have one, disable it and check, the problem should be solved.

I guess this last acrobat version needs a fast update / patch .......
