I have acrobat reader installed in Multiple Citrix servers and when user launches Citrix published apps and inside that opens PDF, i could see Adobe runaway process (for each user i could see 2 AcroRd32.exe and 1 should high CPU and another 0 CPU). If i delete process with high CPU, issue get resolves without impacting user's adobe session however it is happening again and again. I have already performed below steps to resolve the issue however no use:

1. Take registry backup.

2. Open the registry editor and navigate to  -->  HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\10.0\FeatureLockDown

3. Add the a key with the name  --> "cWelcomeScreen"

4. Add a DWORD value to that key --> "bShowWelcomeScreen = 0"

Please help me to resolve this issue.
