AcroRd32Ress.dll Error

Buen día,  desde hace unos días presento problemas al abrir archivos con el Adobe Reader ... el documento no abre.  He tratado de desintalar el programa para reinstalarlo pero me sale un mensaje de error al leer el archivo AcroRDRes.dll 

 

Alguien sabe como solucionarlo?

    Thanks for reporting this.

    As shared, while uninstalling app you get the message AcroRDRes.dll. Will you please try uninstalling application using cleaner tool?

    Run cleaner tool to remove app once: http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html 

    Install using this link: https://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/ 

    and let us know the result.
