AcroServicesUpdater2_x86.exe‎ gets blocked by endpoint detection and response(EDR) tool

Hi,

 

If anyone can help to identify if the artifacts below are legit from Adobe as our EDR tool started to flag and block the file.  

 

File:

AcroServicesUpdater2_x86.exe‎

 

Process Path:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\ARM\Execute\[FOLDER WITH RANDOM NUMBERS]\AcroServicesUpdater2_x86.exe‎

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that
 
What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 24.01.20604 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once and check.

 

Also please share the screenshot of the error message you get from the EDR tool when its blocking the process, for more clarity
