Action Wizard in Mac

Hello, I'm using Adobe Reader 9 on a Mac.  Where can I find Action Wizard? It's not under Tools like all the forums indicate.  I need to locate it to create exhibit stamps.

    Action Wizard is available in Adobe Acrobat Pro, not Reader.
