ACTIVACION DE BARRAS DE DESPLAZAMIENTO ADOBE READER

Buenas tardes.
Tengo un inconveniente en ADOBE READER al abrir algunos documentos, porque NO APARECEN LAS BARRAS LATERAL E INFERIOR DE DESPLAZMIENTO en el documento. Esto hace que tenga que usar el ratón para desplazarme y revisar lo cual hace más lenta la revisión.
¿Como hago para que se activen esas barras de desplazamiento en forma PREDETERMINADA?
Mil gracias de antemano por la auda que pueden ofrecerme.

Good afternoon sirs.
I have a problem in ADOBE READER when opening some documents, because THE SIDE AND BOTTOM SCROLL BARS DO NOT APPEAR on the document. This causes me to have to use the mouse to scroll and review which slows down the review.
How do I get those scroll bars to activate by DEFAULT?

    Dear Miss Nancy.
    Thank you for the recommendation to read that article that is quite complete and I will have it annotated in my Favorite Bookmarks of the browser.
    I've already followed the instructions and the scroll bars don't go away. Hope it works well and continue working..
    The interesting thing is that this article has other explanations and mentions other very interesting articles.
