Activate "Read Out Loud" Functionality

Greetings for day!!

We have got a requirement to activate read out loud by default in pdf file each time file is opened. Do we have any method/process to make this activated either in pdf or through registry level settings. I understood that we have some shortcuts to activate read out loud, but clients do not want to go for this option every time they open the file.

P.S. This requirement is purely related to visually impaired people.

Thank you for your reply.

I have gone through the link but I do not see any method that is related to auto activate the "read out loud" when pdf is opened. I am trying to see if this can be done at registry setting, but unable to find this option in Registry under ReadAloud.

Please help if this can be implemented in pdf.
