I AM TRING TO DOWN LOAD CONVERNGSTESTING TO TEST MY COMPUTER, I KEEP GETTING THIS RESPONESE:

acrobat could not open ConvergysInstaller (15)  because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged.  Can you please help
