What happens when you try to do so? Also, what application are you referring to, including the exact version number, and what's your OS version?

    Thank you for your response.

When I click on mail icon to forward a file— it then asks if I want to use defauot(mail) app or webmail. When I choose default— I get error message from adobe that says unable to complete your request.

    Thanks

    Dan
