Adobe Acorbat Fill & Sign

I just upgraded to Windows 11 home. I can no long use the Fill part of the Fill  & Sign edit? I see the type text here and notice that white marks appear when I type but I no longer have an option for Font color? What am I missing?

 

Any help is appreciated.

Could you please share the screenshot of the window and the options you get?
